RMA - Return of Goods
In the event of warranty service being required, contact Aadaptiv Technologies directly. A suitable proof of purchase, showing date, place of purchase, and serial number must be made available to Aadaptiv Technologies or authorized service agent at the time of request for warranty service.
Note: Make sure to call Aadaptiv Technologies technical support to obtain an RMA Number before returning ANY defective product to Aadaptiv Technologies. Failure to do so may result in rejection of shipment.
