AAdaptiv’s OUTDOOR SUNLIGHT viewable ‘Edge 2 Edge’ Glass Bridge Monitors rated at between 1300 and 1600 cd/m² brightness incorporate the latest LED Backlight technology to meet ambient light conditions typically found in Bridge applications. Each Monitor is designed for use in DIRECT SUNLIGHT and is fitted with 6mm thick custom laminated safety glass to protect against solar radiation (IR & UV). This provides increased performance, higher reliability and longer life. Designed with both newbuild and refit applications in mind, versions are available in 15", 19" & 22" Widescreen. The overriding ability to “Mix and Match” combinations based on LCD panel sizes is a key factor to create a suite of monitors with seamless integration capability and space optimization. Maritime certification for recreational and commercial vessels has been achieved without sacrificing the pure glass design aesthetics and operational functionality. Monitors are compliant for ABS, DNV, LR, RINA, IEC 60945 (Marine Comms), IEC 62388 (Radar/AIS/ARPA) and IEC 61174 (ECDIS). Features - 9 to 36V DC power input. Touch sensitive controls built into the 6mm laminated glass front bezel providing local operator control for; Power, Deep dimming backlight brightness, OSD Menu functionality and Signal source. Each Monitor is equiped with software configuarble RS232 & 485 Ports. EDGE 2 EDGE SAFETY GLASS - Pure Glass Front Section, Anti-Reflection Coated 6mm Laminated Optically Bonded to the actual LCD Panel for Clarity. LED BACKLIT DISPLAY - Improved Heat Management resulting in Lower Heat Generation and Higher Reliability BUILT-IN HMI TOUCH CONTROLS - Dimmable LED Backlit Controls embedded in Front Glass for; Backlight Brightness, OSD Functionality and Signal Source. 8 SIGNAL SOURCE INPUTS - Includes x2 DVI-D, x2 RGB (VGA) , x4 Composite (x3 BNC + RCA). WATERPROOF - Sealed Front (IP67 / NEMA 6) sealed Back (IP65 / NEMA 4). Connectors are rated at minimum IP65 up to IP68. COMPLIANCE - ABS, DNV, LR, RINA, IEC: 60945 (Marine Communications). 61174 (ECDIS) and 62388 (Radar/AIS/ARPA).
